Garden and Food Festival 2024
Building on the success of last year’s Spring Fair, the Garden and Food Festival makes its return to Colyton Grammar School on Saturday 27th April, 10am-4pm.
At the festival you’ll find a wide array of local artisans, bakers, plant-cultivators, food trucks, cafes, bars, and small businesses plus our very own pupils with music and produce. Activities will include bouncy castle, face-painting, cookie decorating, seed planting, raffle, and tombola.
There is something for everyone in the community to enjoy!
School fundraising
Funds raised from previous festivals and events have gone towards much needed resources including a minibus to transport students to sports fixtures, and new musical instruments. This year, we’re raising funds to upgrade the ‘Take Five’ food outlet for the children, purchase new sound equipment for the hall, and install cricket cages for both school and community use.
Making the most of the festival
- The weather looks dry but bring extra layers just in case.
- Bring cash and card so that stallholders can help you as quickly as possible.
- Free parking can be found to the rear of the school, staff will be on hand to direct you.
- Visit the PA Information Stand at the entrance to pick up the festival leaflet.
